Share your vision
Tell us about the piece you imagine through our inquiry form or a message on Instagram. A photo, a sketch or a few words is all we need to begin.
Your quote or consultation
Receive a complimentary personal quote by email or text. If you would like to design a piece from scratch, book a one-on-one design consultation with Jenny, in San Francisco or virtually. The $250 fee is credited toward your finished piece.
The consultation fee is non-refundable.
Your deposit
A 50% deposit confirms your commission and begins the sourcing for your piece, the start of your 4 to 6 week journey to delivery.
Design and CAD
Our designers translate your vision into a detailed CAD rendering for your review. Refine every detail until it feels entirely yours.
Crafted by hand
Once you approve your design, your piece is made in our partner workshop in Foshan, a region known for precise stone cutting and pieces finished by hand.
The reveal
Before your piece leaves us, you will see it in detailed photos and video. The remaining 50% is due once you approve it, before it ships.
Delivered to you
Your piece is prepared with care, presented in our signature HERLEVÉ packaging, and sent to you by insured express shipping, ready to be worn every single day.
